To help others it is as simple as that – there is no ego to be acknowledged (because I don’t have one I’m not consumed with “rhetoric of self” or self or others “admiring” me it is something I don’t seek nor want), nor crushed, no pedestal for me to fall from I’m no better than anyone else.
If you have been in the autism world (in what ever way) for many more years than I have. Never forget that you are a person of equal plane to everyone else. You or I are not above, special or superior
The people you empower have a right to agree, disagree, and move on this has to be acknowledged they can be who they are because they have internal and external reality which is THEIR own not anybody else’s. listening is far more productive than just projecting.
I repeat I’m no better than anyone else.
